what is the right compensation strategy for your organization?

there is saying that if you pay peanuts you get a bunch of monkeys in your organization. it's true. well, you might not realize it if you do not benchmark with others; or if you benchmark with the worst.

compensation must be compatible as compared to the market, or even higher or better if you want to recruit the best, and generate better outcome.

but compensation alone is not enough. the environment must be right. the workplace, the facilities must also be the best, even the location...it's a package. of course, high risk, high investment, high return.

i strongly believe it's true...ask donald trump!
